Meet Carlos Fong, Owner & Chief Appraiser
Hi, I’m Carlos Fong, the owner and chief appraiser here at Expert Valuation Services. I’ve been appraising properties in South Florida for over 18 years, and was born and raised in Miami. It’s an incredibly unique market; one that i’m proud to call home.
Over the years, I’ve completed thousands of appraisals for every imaginable residential property type. Few markets in the world have the range in residential and commercial properties that Miami has. That’s given me experience with everything from modest single family homes to palatial luxury properties, right on the water. No matter which property i’m hired to appraise, I provide a thorough, objective opinion of value that satisfies my client’s purpose for the appraisal.
My Qualifications
As a Certified Residential appraiser (License #RD6782), I am licensed to appraise all types of residential properties for any purpose. This includes purchase, refinance, trust, taxes, estate planning, divorce, historical dates of value and partial interest valuations. I have extensive experience evaluating, consulting and appraising single-family, multi-family, condominiums, mobile homes, proposed construction, vacant land, luxury homes, historic homes, and more. I am FHA approved and am routinely hired to provide litigation support to attorneys with cases headed for trial.
In addition, I hold a Residential Accredited Appraiser Designation from the National Association of Realtors and am a Certified Luxury Home Appraiser.
