Lenders

Most of our work is done on behalf of lenders. We work with mortgage lenders of all types including independents, credit unions, depositories and private money. Since we’ve been in business for over 18 years, we’re fortunate to be on the panel of many of our lender clients. However, we also work through appraisal management companies (AMCs). No matter how you choose to work with us, our goal is always the same: to provide a fast, thorough appraisal and to provide an exceptional borrower experience.

Miami is home to some of the most valuable residential real estate in the world. As a result, we often work with lenders serving high net worth and ultra high net worth clients. Homeowners

We routinely work directly with homeowners. We often provide appraisals in for sale by owner transactions, divorce settlements, estate planning, and more. When we work with an individual homeowner, it’s typically the first time they’ve hired an appraiser. So, we try to go beyond simply providing a fast, affordable appraisal. We take the time to understand your needs, explain how an appraiser arrives at an opinion of value, and of course explain how we arrived at our valuation of your property.

Attorneys

We often work with legal professionals. Typically, we’ll provide appraisals for divorce settlements and various trust and estate needs. However, we also provide litigation support and consulting for cases that may be headed for trial. Our appraisals are thorough, with a well supported opinion of value. However, given the increased scrutiny involved in legal matters, we also make ourselves available to your clients — if they have questions about any aspect of the appraisal process. Answering questions and explaining our valuation in detail to your clients can put people at ease, and help the process go as smoothly as possible.

Realtors & Brokers

Miami is a very competitive market. As a result, we typically work with agents to help their listings stand out. We often provide pre-listing valuations to help you price an unusual listing right from the start. We also offer both property measurement and floor plan services to help you market your listings accurately and effectively.

Developers & Investors

South Florida is generally a developer friendly market with a lot of new construction. We’ve done a lot of new construction, particularly in recent years, and have a variety of services designed for investors. We provide pre-listing valuations to help you set effective pricing, value properties under construction to help in construction financing scenarios, perform rental analysis to help you project rents, and more.
